On-site monitoring

While smaller events can be handled from our dispatch centers, certain larger-scale events may require more of a personal touch. For this reason, we like to include an On-site dispatch manager (Elite Staff member) to monitor all transport activities coordinated by Elite for your event. The added benefit of an on-site dispatch manager is that he/she will coordinate all transport activities on-site such as leading guests to intended vehicles, amending last minute changes, responding to urgent situations, and much more so that you don’t have to. This is in the aim of giving you greater peace of mind so that you can focus on your priorities.

Dedicated Team of Professional Driver

All of our drivers are experienced in providing limousine services for events both large and small. Whether it be a convoy or specific transport schedule, our team of chauffeurs will deliver Elite’s standards of service to the fullest extent, doing so in a safe and timely manner. We will assign a team of dedicated chauffeurs to your event and provide you with each one’s contact details for seamless communication.
